302 – Living Foods

You may choose to study Living Foods as a stand alone course.  But remember it is taught within the creative process of SNC’s method for inventing dishes without a recipe.  This course is recommended to supplement a cooked diet with raw dishes, or as an opportunity to find a rhythm with Grains, Vegetables, and Nut/Seed protein for a dietary regime under medical supervision.



302 – Living Foods

Living food is also called “raw”. But this course is about taking ingredients through a transformation for grains, fruits, nuts and seeds and vegetables so that we can invent dishes that are held in forms and kept alive.
